US federal border patrols were reported to have intimidated asylum-seeking migrants on several occasions, forcing them to return to Mexico, in violation of the human rights principle of asylum. Recording the moment the family is taken into custody creates irreversible evidence. He will stay in Mexico with one of his daughters to attempt a new crossing in the future. Tijuana, Mexico.
